From the USA - please enclose USD$20 per person - checks must be payable to WWOOF Hawaii. International Post Office Money Orders and cash are also accepted (not a USA Money Order, but International).

From Canada - please enclose CDN$20 per person - cheques payable to WWOOF Hawaii. Post Office Money Orders and cash are also accepted.

From Europe and overseas (Japan, Korea, Asia, etc.) - please enclose US$20 cash - cash only, no cheques.

I agree with the aims of WWOOF Hawaii and enclose $20 / per person. I also understand that WWOOF Hawaii can accept no responsibility for any injury or loss or damage. I am responsible for my own Travel Documents (such as visas) and Health Care Insurance while in Hawaii. I am over the age of 16.
